Founded in 2004 in  high-tech district with registered  Xiangyang Jingyang Electronics Co.,ltd is a high-tech industry specializing in developing , designing, producing , marketing and servicing power semiconductor devices . There are more than 200 excellent staff , 18 senior engineers and 26 senior technicians included , working in 1000 square meters' ultra-clean workshops of the modernized plant area of 40,000 square meters .

With sophisticated manufacturing and testing device under reasonable management, we are qualified for independent research and development of high-power semiconductor devices like high-voltage thyristors and fast turn-off thyristors. Annual production of semiconductor components is 600,000 in such articles as phase control thyristors kp , fast turn-off thyristors kk , high-frequency thyristors ka , rectifier diodes zp , bi-directional control thyristors ks , power modules and power assemblies .

Our products work under IF furnace ,medium-frequency power supply, soft start of electric machine , reactive power compensation , and harmonic suppression . We take extensive adaptation in fields of Steelworks ,metallurgy , electricity , machinery, rail traffic , environmental protection , petroleum , mining , nuclear industry , etc .
